Chief Executive: John Munro

For 37 years John has worked in diverse and challenging environments, the last 13 in the charity sector.

"I came into the charity sector after a personal loss, and I know only too well the huge difference we can make to the lives of people every day, so I feel truly honoured to become Wessex Heartbeat's new CEO.  I am really excited about the challenges ahead; we have to ensure that we continue to provide the latest specialist equipment and major facilities for patients, their relatives and staff to guarantee the highest quality of care for the 20,000 adults and children treated each and every year."

Events & Community Manager: Tina Richardson

Tina is our longest standing team member and over the years since she’s been with the Charity she’s built a network of local contacts who regularly support our events. She is known for staging events such as balls and golf days with flair. Anyone wanting advice on planning their own fundraising event, or on fundraising in the community only needs to talk to Tina.

Commercial Manager: Ken Wilde

30 years in his own business, 18 of those managing sports sponsorship for Carlsberg, Ken has a wealth of contacts and expertise to offer to Wessex Heartbeat, and he has been instrumental in opening doors to sports and other organisations supporting Wessex Heartbeat. Ken is also the lead on sponsorship for the Charity.

Officer Manager: Jennifer Kenny

Jenny is a pivotal figure in the Wessex Heartbeat team managing day today administration and ensuring behind the scenes efficiency that enables the fundraisers to get on and do their jobs. As all team members do Jennyturns her hand to anything needed

Fundraising Officer: Callum Munro

Callum joined the team in the summer of 2015. He was tasked with revitalising the database, remodelling the charity's gift aid structure and to steer the charity in brand new directions towards social media marketing and supporter interaction.
