Team Morrall were out in force during 2018, heart patient Martin Morrall and his daughters Zoe and Alex have participated in numerous challenges during the year to raise funds for Wessex Heartbeat, as a thank you to the excellent treatment Martin has received from the Wessex Cardiac Centre in 2017.
On Sunday 22nd April, the team consisting of Martin, Zoe and Alex; participated in the ABP Southampton Half, crossing the finish line together after Martin's open heart surgery. The event also saw Alex competing her first ever Half Marathon.
In June saw both Martin and Zoe taking place in the Race to the Kings along the beautiful South Downs, with the Winchester and Bournemouth Half still to come!
Martin and his family are an incredible bunch of people, and the inspiration that Martin carries with him everywhere he goes, for his unbelievable achievements; are well deserved indeed.
